A deliciously moist alternative to beef burger is lamb burger.
Try them out and I’m sure you won’t regret it!
Here is how we at Choice Lamb make our lamb burgers. Mix
1lb ground lamb
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
Form meat mixture into patties. We generally make 5 patties out of 1 lb meat.

Prepare other toppings of your choice.
Ideas: onion, tomato, sautéed onions, mushroom, spinach, lettuce, hummus, Mayo, avocado, cheese(goat, feta, provolone are all good options), pesto, roasted red pepper, buns.
Grill burgers for approximately 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature of 140 degrees or your preference.
Rare: 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit Medium Rare: 130-135 degrees Fahrenheit
Medium: 135-145 degrees Fahrenheit
Medium Well: 145-155 degrees Fahrenheit
Well Done: 155 and up
