HOW YOU SELL YOUR MEAT?
We offer butchered lambs by the whole or half. You can choose the specific cuts you would like including but not limited to loins, leg of lamb, chops, steaks, sausage, ground meat, specialties and more.
DO YOU OFFER INDIVIDUAL CUTS?
Unfortunately at this time we do not have individual cuts for sale due to not having a USDA inspected butcher. We are currently looking into teaming up with a USDA approved butcher however so reach out to us and we may have some better answers for you!
WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF LAMB MEAT?
Lamb is considered the healthiest red meat. It is a great source of antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acid as well as many other vitamins and minerals. Our grass fed, antibiotic free lambs provide some of the most nutritious meat you could place before your family. Not to mention lamb is extremely tender, moist and rich in flavor.
WHEN WILL YOU HAVE SHEEP SKINS AVAILABLE?
Sheep skins come into stock in July. If you order by December 1st we can reserve one specifically for you to be ready this summer.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Cash or Check.
CAN I COME PICK OUT MY LAMB?
Yes! Come visit and pick out the lamb of your choice while you are on the farm. We would love to meet you and get to know you better. We also offer discounts for self-butcher buyers.
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER PRODUCTS SUCH AS SHEEP MILK OR YOGURT?
At this time we are not selling dairy products from our sheep. If you want to start a new hobby we would be more than happy to sell you a pregnant or nursing ewe which you could reap the benefits of sheep milk from!
CAN I BUY YOUR WOOL?
Yes, however we do not offer cleaned/prepped wool for spinning or other projects. We sell our wool right after shearing prior to processing.
