By raising our lambs a specific diet as well as special care in the butchering process their flavor is better than any store bought product you will find. Our antibiotic free meat is available for custom butcher by the whole or half animal. Select cuts are available when you order including leg of lamb, lamb chops, rack of lamb, shank and more. We also offer lamb sausage, ground lamb and cubbed meat for kabobs or stew.
